Overview
This start-up customer needed a new design to make their product easier to assemble and more cost effective. We are currently providing the product’s mechanical parts and collaborating on the next generation’s overall design to improve the ease of manufacturing and to lower the product cost.Challenges
- Working with a crowd-funded start-up with limited manufacturing experience
- Initial design had performance challenges as well as manufacturability issues
