Defond recently won an opportunity in the HVAC market for a customer’s boiler fan control. The customer’s existing product was not cost effective and the design needed to be tweaked for safety requirements.Challenges

- Replace analog processor with a smart control

- Reviewed Design and swapped out the analog processor for a microprocessor
- Supplied customer with a safer power supply unit
